Definition of corporate kit:
Binder or file containing details on a firm's history, structure, minutes from meetings of directors or shareholders and stock certificates. For example each year you should have an annual meeting of directors and shareholders (even if you are only one man company!). Write down results for the meeting, sign it and place it in your corporate kit.

Here is an example how I use a corporate kit for my own company:

This is my corporate kit book.	I store there all my stock certificates.	Transfer ledger for keeping track who owns what share of the company.
Minutes from all meetings of directors and shareholders are stored here.	Our corporation bylaws signed by Secretary.	I like to store all important documents in my corporate kit. For example company tax returns.
