Arizona Registered Agent (Statutory Agent)
Arizona State laws require business entities to maintain a Registered Agent (also known as Statutory Agent).
The purpose of a statutory agent is to give notice to the public of a person or entity authorized by the corporation that can be served with legal documents as the agent of the corporation. The statutory agent is the person or entity that can be served with a summons and complaint filed in a lawsuit.
Registered agent must have street address (not PO BOX).

A registered agent may be an individual resident of this state whose business office is the same as the registered office, or a domestic or foreign company authorized to transact business in the state whose business office is the same as the registered office.
